The job: Apple agreed to a $250 million settlement over Siri / Apple Intelligence features that buyers expected but didn't get. iPhone 15 Pro, 15 Pro Max, and any iPhone 16 model bought in the US between June 10, 2024 and March 29, 2025 pay $25 per device (pro rata, up to $95 max). The claim form needs your device serial number, contact details, and a payout choice (PayPal, Venmo, or mailed check). Common failures:
- Only the original purchaser qualifies — a secondhand or gifted phone doesn't count
- Resale purchases are excluded even if the dates match
