Connectors
What each connection unlocks
Muse gets dramatically more useful the moment it can see your real data. These are the day-one connectors from the September 2026 launch — each with the exact prompts that make it worth connecting. You choose what to connect and can revoke anytime.
💪 Apple Health
Your workouts, sleep, steps and heart data become coaching input. Muse spots patterns you'd never graph yourself.
Weekly health brief
Every Monday morning, give me a health brief from my Apple Health data: training load trend, sleep quality vs my [7.5h] target, and resting heart rate drift. Flag anything that looks off and suggest one adjustment for this week. Data summary only — no diagnosis.
Recovery check
Look at my last [7 days] of workouts and sleep in Apple Health. Am I recovering enough for [Saturday's long run]? Give me a green / yellow / red verdict and what to change in the next [3 days] if it's not green.
🚴 Peloton
Your class history and schedule, handled. Booking and planning around real availability instead of good intentions.
Auto-book my training week
Every Sunday evening, book my Peloton sessions for the week: [3 strength classes, 45 min, weekday mornings before 8am] with instructors I rated [4+ stars]. Skip days where my calendar shows conflicts. Confirm the schedule with me before finalizing.
Streak rescue
Watch my Peloton streak. If I haven't worked out by [6pm] on a training day, nudge me with a [20-minute] class that fits my recent favorites. Don't guilt-trip — just make it easy to say yes.
🍽️ OpenTable
Restaurant discovery to confirmed reservation in one thread — Muse checks availability and books around your calendar.
Date-night reservation
Find an Italian restaurant near [SoHo] for [2] this [Friday at 7:30pm], rated [4.5+] and under [$$$]. Check my calendar for conflicts, then book the best option and send me the confirmation. Ask me before booking anything over [$150] total.
Group dinner, zero group chat
Organize dinner for [6 people] on [Saturday]. Poll the group for cuisine preferences, find [3] restaurants near [downtown] with availability for [7pm], and book the one with the most votes. Handle the reservation under my name and share details with everyone.
Not a connector you plug in — it's where Muse lives. The whole errand happens in the chat thread you're already in.
Ticket booking from chat
Get [2 tickets for Dune: Part Three] this [Saturday evening] near [90210]. Pick [aisle seats together, not in the front rows]. Show me the total including fees and hold the seats — confirm with me before paying. Never complete a purchase without my approval.
Errand triage
Here's my to-do list for today: [list]. For each item, either handle it directly or tell me the one decision you need from me. Batch all your questions into a single message — don't ping me five times.
💳 Payments via Link by Stripe
Muse pays with single-use virtual cards — merchants never see your real card number. Every purchase still needs your explicit approval.
Buy it without exposing my card
Buy [the Sony WH-1000XM6] from [the cheapest reputable seller under $350]. Use a single-use virtual card — never share my real card details with the merchant. Confirm the final total with me before placing the order.
Subscription signup, safely
Sign me up for [the annual plan of Readwise, $108/yr]. Use a virtual card, then set a calendar reminder [11 months] from now to review before renewal. Send me the receipt and the cancellation link.
