Every morning at [7am], brief me on my Google Calendar: today's meetings, anything that needs prep, and gaps where I could fit deep work. If two events overlap or a meeting has no location or link, flag it.
Travel-time guard
Watch my calendar for in-person meetings. If I don't have enough travel time between two locations, warn me and suggest what to move. Never reschedule without asking me first.
