Credential on demand
When a task needs a login, pull it from my 1Password vault item [name] and use it — never show me the password or store it anywhere else. Ask me before using it on a site you haven't used it for before.
Weak password audit
Check my 1Password vault for reused or weak passwords. List the accounts I should rotate, starting with [email and banking]. Don't change anything — just give me the list.
