44. The private Drive library

📣 Real-user report — shared publicly by a Muse user, not independently verified.

The job: Chiasmus Capital had the usual graveyard: e-books and articles scattered across Google Drive, saved and never opened. Muse turned it into a private library — organized by topic, each section opening onto subcategorized shelves, each book opening like a real book and readable in-app. The collection didn't change; the interface did.

Turn my Google Drive folder "[folder name]" into a private reading library. 1. Scan every PDF and EPUB in the folder (include subfolders). 2. Group them by topic, then sub-topic — propose the taxonomy and let me adjust it before you build. 3. Build a single browsable page: shelves by topic, each book with title, author, and a short description. 4. Make each book open in a readable view. Do not move, rename, or delete any files in Drive.

Difficulty Moderate · Best for E-book hoarders · Researchers with chaotic Drives

What Muse will do:

  1. Point the agent at one Drive folder, read-only
  2. Approve the topic taxonomy before it builds
  3. Let it generate the browsable library page
  4. Re-run when you add new files

Why it works: The problem was never storage — it was retrieval. A pile of files you can't browse is a pile you never read. An agent that organizes by content instead of filename turns dead archives into a library you actually open.
