9. Adaptive training plan
The job: Training for a 10K. Muse watches your sleep and workout data and adjusts the plan when recovery is poor.
I'm training for a [10K on Nov 27]. Current level: [3 runs/week, ~5K each]. Build a 6-week plan. Each morning, check my sleep score and yesterday's workout from my connected health data — if my sleep score is under [70], swap hard sessions for easy recovery. Every Sunday, summarize the week and propose next week's adjustments for my approval.
🔌 Needs: Apple Health — connect in the Muse app first (setup guide).
What Muse will do:
- Build a 6-week training plan around your race date
- Check your sleep score and yesterday's workout each morning
- Swap hard sessions for easy recovery when sleep scores under 70
- Summarize the week every Sunday
- Propose next week's adjustments for your approval
Why it works: a goal with feedback loops. Muse doesn't just write a static plan; it adapts it from live data — from Zuckerberg's own launch demo.
