27. HSA receipt wrangler
The job: One user automated the unglamorous money chores with Muse: tracking credit-card expenses, managing health-savings-account receipts, hunting unclaimed card offers, and canceling or negotiating subscriptions.
Go through my Gmail for the last [12 months] and collect every HSA-eligible medical receipt. Objective: a spreadsheet with date, provider, amount, and receipt PDF attached, plus a total I can reimburse myself for. Then check my [Chase Sapphire + Amex Gold] for any unactivated offers or rewards I'm not using, and list the top [5] by dollar value with activation deadlines. Read-only on my accounts — do not activate, redeem, or move any money without asking me first.
Why it works: HSA receipts are the classic shoebox chore — save them for reimbursement, keep proof for audits. Credit-card offers need daily checking. Both are "organize + watch" work, the agent's comfort zone.
