3. School email triage

The job: The school mailing list is chaos. Muse finds action items — permission slips, deadlines, forms — fills what it can, and queues the rest for your signature.

Every weekday at 4pm, scan my email for messages from [school name / district]. Extract anything that needs action: permission slips, forms, payment deadlines, event signups. Fill out forms with [child name, grade 7, emergency contact ___] where possible. Give me a single summary with: what needs my signature, what's due when, and what you already handled. Archive the newsletters.

🔌 Needs: Gmail — connect in the Muse app first (setup guide).

Difficulty Moderate · Best for Parents drowning in school email · Families with kids in multiple schools

What Muse will do:

  1. Scan email every weekday at 4pm for school or district messages
  2. Extract action items: permission slips, forms, deadlines, signups
  3. Pre-fill forms with your child's details where possible
  4. Deliver one summary: needs signature, due when, already handled
  5. Archive the newsletters

Why it works: recurring schedule + clear triage rules + pre-filled constants (child's details) so Muse doesn't have to ask every time.
